We employed BH Contracting to turn our storage area under our home into a daylight basement. This project included a wide variety of items – adding stairs, windows, bedrooms, foundation, bathroom/plumbing, painting, etc. Considering the breadth of our project, I feel like we really experienced most of the contractors BHC employs and we only have positive things to say about everything. The project turned out wonderfully and we couldn’t be happier. Any issue/correction we had was promptly and politely taken care of and the owner is just a pleasant man to work with. If we ever had a large project again, we would hire them in a heartbeat and I always sing their praises to anyone we know who needs contractor work. You should definitely hire these guys.

I have been completely blown away by the team at BH Contracting Services. We just finished up a kitchen remodel – which included moving a laundry room, knocking down walls, moving electrical/plumbing – essentially everything in our kitchen has changed/moved. Not only is the team fantastic to work with – truly some of the nicest and organized people – but they finished our project two weeks ahead of schedule! Two weeks! Much of that I attribute to the very close attention to detail and schedules that the team follows – daily updates were the norm, along with constant communication from the owner and office manager. We always knew where the project stood, if there were potential roadblocks ahead, etc. The quality of their work has absolutely blown me away – every little detail imaginable is perfection. It’s apparent that the team at BH treats each job as if they’re working in their own home. Hands down, we will hire them again for future projects.

There are many ways to measure the quality of services provided but there’s one that can be difficult to ascertain but critical to have: integrity. We’ve used BH Contracting for both a major kitchen remodel and later the total remodel of all three of our bathrooms and always felt confident that the work would be done well and any problems would be resolved fairly with the client’s interest being paramount. Easy jobs with no problems can be handled by your average contractor (in an average sort of way) but the real test comes when difficulties arise and I can say with full confidence that Brad stands behind his work and the work of his carefully selected subcontractors. For our bathroom remodels we didn’t even bother to get bids from other contractors but just had Brad draw up the estimate and proceed with the work.I found the BH team to be meticulous in their estimates and very careful to clearly communicate whenever a cost would increase due to a requested change or unforeseen adjustment. Their attention to detail and elevated standards of quality set the highest benchmark in my experience of contracting services. The entire team were all skilled at their craft and took pride in their work. BH Contracting is my go-to contracting service for big and small jobs. Finally, I would be remiss not to mention Joy Cooper the fantastic office manager. Recently I’ve dealt with office managers in various companies and while they are fairly competent I’m constantly thinking “well, they’re no Joy.” She sets the gold standard on client responsiveness and how to make a business run like a well-oiled clock.
